Homework -> Homework #5 - Part 3: Graphics Localization - More Basics

In Homework #5 - Part 3 we will begin on our rollover graphics by first localizing the "off" versions of the localized graphics and then copying the text layer over to our on "on" versions. This ensures that the final result will show a clean "non-jumping" rollover graphic as the X & Y-axis points of the text layer will match exactly.
